All quotes are provided in NZD and remain valid for 30 days. Project scope, deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Projects typically require a deposit before commencement, with the balance due on completion. Ongoing services (such as SEO retainers) are billed monthly with no lock-in contracts.
On final payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to you. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
